A discussion paper published by Nesta (2016) on using data to make services more personalised, effective and efficient. This paper looks at how councils can can get more from their data, and emerging trends such as predictive algorithms and machine learning. There is specific mention of the potential for predictive analytics in children's services as well as a case study from Manchester City Council on their data warehouse.
