The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in March 2020 has been working with partners to understand the current state of model development and use of predictive analytics in humanitarian operations. This guide aims to create processes and standards for the use of predictive models in this area, drawing on best practices from the private sector and academia.
