Published in January 2019, this is the final report for the ‘Valuation of Landscape Impacts of Transport Interventions & Mitigations Using an Ecosystem Services Approach’ project. The project aim is to inform the methodology used by the Department for Transport (DfT) to value landscape impacts in the Landscape topic in Chapter 6 of the Government’s online Transport Analysis Guidance (WebTAG). The report also examines the appraisal of the monetary value of landscape impacts using supplementary value for money (VfM) guidance.
