Published in September 2008, this Report reviews the impact of Yorkshire Forward’s investment on clusters and sectors. In 2002, Yorkshire Forward identified clusters in the regional economy that were significant to growth and employment in Yorkshire and the Humber. To evaluate the progress of cluster programmes so far, achievement of outputs are assessed, key benefits for the businesses involved, quality of support, net economic impact, Strategic Added Value (SAV) and Value for Money (VFM). The report then presents lessons learned and recommendations.
