Published in October 2016, this Report conducts analysis with a multitude of variables to determine what impact culture, sport and heritage (CS&H) assets and investment have on the location of industry, the net migration of industry, and turnover of industry at the local authority level. A regional / local authority breakdown is not given within the report.

By design, this study is highly exploratory and should be the considered the starting point for further research, which is important to bear in mind when interpreting the results.

The appendices contain the full literature review, more information on the methodology, definitions and data sources. There is no regional analysis conducted. The Report created a database of all English local authorities showing their relationship between, but this is not available.
