In February 2022, HM Government published their White Paper on Levelling Up the United Kingdom. Whilst not accompanied by any significant funding announcements, the report does make legally enshrined commitments across 12 key missions, which set quantifiable targets for improvements across productivity, pay, jobs and living standards by 2030.
