Trying to find appeals or case law to confirm fencing and how the are measured. Understand its from the natural ground level. However, if for example someone puts a fence up on their land and when measured it complies with PD on their side. However the neighbours garden sits 1m lower so they in essence have the top of the fence sitting sitting above the 1m/2m permitted height does this mean that the fence does not comply with PD?
