Hi there, we tried many years ago and the iDox module wasnt 'fit for purpose' at that point in time so we utilised EXACOM instead for both.

We also use Exacom for both here. It is worth noting that iDox Uniform and Exacom can be linked so information can be exchanged between the two systems.

We use the Development Condition Monitoring module in Uniform to record and track S106 clauses, but we are not a CIL charging authority. It requires manual updating whenever we get new information about sites reaching trigger points in the legal agreement, but there is a function to notify the monitoring officer when a set number of weeks/months/years have passed since the agreement was signed. We then use Microsoft Access if we need to query the data more extensively. This means that we've had to use some very standardised text and infrastructure categories in the drop downs to make it all work in the way we want, but very helpful when we run queries for things like the Infrastructure Funding Statements.

We also use exacom for both CIL and S106. Exacom is linked to idox and uniform and it all works very well so far, I would say. 

Hello, we use Exacom for both CIL & S106.  We find it  works well and support is excellent.

At B&NES we use Exacom for both CIL and S106 monitoring. Exacom also talks to uniform, so that helps. So far it is working brilliantly.
