Old unspent Vanguard funding - what can it be spent on ? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

hello, please can anyone help me with any rules that were applied when NP vanguard funding was awarded. We have at least 1NP area that now has a made NP but for which the Council still holds some NP funds.  Do you know if these can be released for general planning purposes or do they stay ring fenced until the NP Group review the NP ?
