Apology from PINS - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

After an appeal decision we wrote to the Planning Inspectorate raising concerns about how the Inspector had worded the letter. We now have an apology from PINS and would like to know whether any other local authorities have received apologies for errors in their decision letters.
