Hi All

Please find attached a CIL use class dispute for holiday lets. The architect is arguing on his client behalf that holiday lets are not a C3 use but are actually a C1 use class.

I have argued that a holiday let is a C3 use He outlines some interesting appeal outcomes.

Any thoughts?
