CO2 Emissions Reduction Targets & Local Plans - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Guidance from the TCPA/RTPI states that "the NPPF retains the key link between planning policy and the provisions of the Climate Change Act 2008. This means all local plans must set a CO2 emissions reduction target and lay out clear ways of measuring progress on CO2 reduction". (Rising to the Climate Crisis, TCPA/RTPI 2018, p7)

Have any Councils set their own target for CO2 emissions through their Local Plan? And can they share experience of how they determined their target?
