Hello, [and sorry for posting this in the PAS KHub and also GDPR forum]
I'm writing a chapter on Local Plans and GDPR, and thought it would
be "nice" to put in something relevant to neighbourhoods
preparing plans. After all, I thought, most of the principles are just
the same.
After a quick google though, I've found advice to parishes / forums
that suggests they should seek consent from consultees. In my view
this is wrong, and they are carrying out public task [you don't need
to be a public body to carry out public task].
Am I way off ? What do others think ?
