NPPF 2018/19 Soundness Self-Assessment - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi - is anyone willing to share a template for any NPPF soundness self-assessment checklist they may have done reflecting the revised 2018/19 NPPF?  I assume PAS have not updated the 2012 one.  thanks in advance
