CIL Funding Agreements - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi,

Has anyone prepared a Funding Agreement for infrastructure delivery partners where CIL funds have been awarded to them? I am looking for a draft agreement as a template to prepare one on behalf of the Council.
