S73 and Social Housing Relief - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi,

I have an application that was granted some Social Housing Relief as part of the original application.  They have now submitted a S73 and l have asked for all the forms again but is that correct or do the original forms stand?  It's just that you can't get relief if you have already commenced and this development has commenced but they want the relief that they original got.  I can't find anything in the regulations that deals with this.  Can anyone help?
