Apologies if there is already a thread for this. i did have a quick look through to see if there was anywhere I could tag this on to.

In April CLG confirmed that a proposed 20% fee increase was to go ahead in July after an error in departmental publication published that this was to be delayed until autumn.

I've just been in contact with CLG to enquire how and when authorities will receive the new fee schedule if they have opted for the increase. I've been informed that due to the general election and the need for the legislation to be reconsidered the fee increase will be delayed.

Has anybody else heard anything?

Hi Jenna

We are in slightly uncharted waters at the moment.

No one has been saying much because of purdah, but working through the process made it clear that the July increase would have turned into an October increase.

Now, with a new minister ?

I know it is small consolation, but everyone understands that the issue has not gone away. Quite what happens next though is anyone's guess.
