Hi, can anyone help with this query. Would the fee 50% prescribed fee discount apply if an application for an alternative proposal being submitted by the same applicant on the same day for the same site is received, and this application is for a totally different 'alternative' scheme, i.e. ground floor extension and the other application for a rear dormer ??, Thanks in advance
