Local Labour Agreements - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I have been asked to seek out examples of where local planning authorities have negotiated local labour agreements as part of S106 Obligations. I would therefore be obliged if anybody could send me some examples of where this has been included and has worked on the ground as a consequence. I would also be interested to receive any views about the legitimacy of these or otherwise.
