Supported exempt accommodation - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Under Schedule 14 of the Housing Act 2004, certain properties are not classified as HMOs, such as those managed by Registered Social Landlords. I would like to know how other local planning authorities classify the Use of such properties? Do you consider them to be C3b/c and therefore not require planning permission or Sui Generis, requiring planning permission?”  ​​​​​​​
