Out of hours urgent planning breaches - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi, I am looking for information/processes/procedures on how Local Authorities respond to out of hours urgent planning breaches such as unauthorised Gypsy/Traveller incursions where unauthorised development is taking place to create a residential Traveller site.  I would be grateful for information from any Authorities that deal with the initial response and and whether an out of hours site visit is conducted immediately or if it is picked up the next working day by the Planning Enforcement Team/ team responsible for high priority planning breaches.
