Electric Charging Points - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi , 

Following the requirement in law for new homes to have EV charging points (New homes in England to have electric car chargers by law - BBC News) I have the following queries I am wondering if someone can help with: 

A) How do people ensure that there is enough infrastructure in place for flat proposals? 

b) Who do you consult for when you receive plans showing the future wiring for EVCP for a large housing development?
