Running a referendum (software and data) - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Neighbourhood plan referenda won't always be based on pre-existing electoral boundaries. Not only that, participation is extended to businesses occupying (but perhaps not owning) premises. It seems that running a referendum requires the coordination of data between: - planning systems - Business rate systems - Electoral management software Are any councils on top of this ? Any suppliers ?
