Climate Change Impact Assessments - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

At a recent workshop with the Energy Savings Trust, the idea of a Climate Change Impact Assessment was suggested. Are any authorities out there thinking of doing one of these? Are there any examples? Any thoughts at all? Thanks Natalie
