Local Development Orders - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I'm looking for examples of where LDOs have been used for residential developments (in effect extending permitted development rights). I'm aware of the PAS pilot work, and those at Cornwall and Swindon, however is anyone working on/developing/adopted a fairly generic LDO on resi ? thanks
