Has anyone recently overhauled their approach to conditions ?
It's an area we've not touched on for many years, and it may be useful to have a recap on what good looks like these days.
Obviously, to chime with the mood of the moment, we're looking at something simple and proportionate.
Alternatively you may disagree and argue that conditions are so tied in with local policy that it wouldn't make sense for a more generic approach.
Any thoughts ? Anyone feel like showing off their hard work ?
