This may be a stupid question and I cannot find the answer online.  Am I correct for thinking we do not count farmhouses and houses for agricultural workers as C3 dwellinghouses?  I cannot find anything on the latest Housing Flows Reconciliation (HFR) guidance notes. Thanks.

I think we do. If they are used for domestic purposes, still they are C3 although located on a farmland.

I would count them as conventional residential dwellings assuming they also appear on the valuation list as residential properties.  And worth remembering that if there are only very few, which you'd expect I guess even in rural boroughs, then whether they are in or out really is not going to change total figures markedly.  Common sense should prevail!

Yes C3 - remember not to double count if they have the agricultural tie removed in time they would have been counted as an agricultural workers dwellings (C3) and with no tie just a dwelling but still C3!
