That's a very good question. No contact details available anywhere I can find, and although they appear to be all over Twitter and Youtube this is all just DFT generated content. They do seem to have their own Linkedin profile so you could try there?

What Active England told me when I asked was the new Email has not yet been published but that it will be nearer the time the formal consultation process starts. In the meantime they are keen for people to attend their roadshows. 

I emailed ATE last week because of the lack of information on their website. They confirmed today that planning consultations need to go to Planning-Consultations@activetravelengland.gov.uk.. They also said that they emailed us on 16 May with the info...i fear they are working off an out of date email list for LPAs as their email didnt get to the right place here, so its probably worth you contacting them to check the contact info they have.

They also provided the following email address for general enquiries Contact@activetravelengland.gov.uk 

And "For updates on publications prior to 01 June, I recommend keeping an eye on our social media where we will make announcements regarding uploads to our website."
