The social distancing and self-isolation restrictions that are
required to get COVID-19 under control affect people’s mental health.
Understanding the behaviours that support compliance is therefore key
to the success of reducing and preventing the spread of the virus.
Hertfordshire County Council has produced a suite of excellent
resources about how to encourage people’s compliance with social
distancing and self-isolation whilst also supporting good mental health.
