This is a template created for the Historic Environment Advice Assistant apprenticeship which provides a structured approach to identifying how to develop the knowledge and skills required of the apprenticeship standard. It is a tool for managers/mentors to use with their apprentice to plan out the "on the job" development.

It asks you to consider opportunities for the apprentice to research, observe, practice and apply the Duties outlined in the Standard and also think, and plan out, the most appropriate time for the apprentice to do this during their apprenticeship practical period.

The template is easily adaptable  for any apprenticeship standard (just replace the Duties!)
