Case study

A case study of how Leicestershire County Council developed a care placement strategy to help them improve the process for managing children in the care system, which involved working with an external organisation to co-invest, c o-design, co-produce and co-deliver services that meet the needs of young people.  This included a contracting model that is not n ormally used in social care, but which is flexible and innovative.
