Announcing the Public Service Transformation Academy, and relaunch of the Commissioning Academy

We're pleased to announce the launch of the Public Service Transformation Academy (PSTA), a new social enterprise established by partners from across the sector geared towards helping public services to help themselves.

The PSTA has been awarded a concession contract to run the Cabinet Office Commissioning Academy, a leading development programme for senior public sector leaders. Read the official news announcement.

Wave 10 has just started. If you're interested in future waves, please go to: http://commissioning.academy/ or email info@commissioning.academy to enquire about local and sector academies. Read the brochure here.

We hope to make the new PSTA the ‘go-to’ place for real, practical, capacity building for service transformation, from agile and lean service transformation (the Service Transformation Programme), to channel migration, measurement and evaluation, social value and social investment, and systems and collaborative leadership.

We've also taken on website of the Public Service Transformation Network and are in the middle of updating it at www.publicservicetransformation.org . We will maintain the knowledge base set up by the PSTN and hope to work in the same spirit to support service reform.
