NPPF- Economic Development Assessment

Hi we are currently reviewing our evidence base  for a full plan review. The NPPF definition of 'Economic Development'(ED) is far wider. Traditionally evidence base have been a collection of individual studies focused on ELR ( mainly b class uses) and Retail Studies. Is anyone considering undertaking a full ED assessment that accords with the NPPF definition?
