Massive thanks to all the speakers and Perth and Kinross Council for donating the venue. There will be a further Change Managers event later in the year and we would once again appreciate your help in identifying items for the agenda and organising the event.
Digital Forums
Following on from the success of our webinar programme, we are interested in using the same Citrix software to host Digital Forums. These will be Chatham House style on a specialist topic, agreed before the start of the forum, where network members can discuss challenges/topics/barriers for change within their own councils.

East Renfrewshire PDA in Project Management
Following on from the recent webinar delivered by Richard Morrison and Rebecca McDonald, the IS would like to reaffirm its commitment to working with both East Renfrewshire Council and other interested parties to deliver this qualification across Scotland.

We have had several councils expressing their interest and are now looking to take this forward. If interested then please contact David Morton.

Transformation Strategies and Job Roles
The IS is looking to do a quick analysis of transformation/change/improvement strategies across Scottish Local Government which will also include a look at the skills required to lead a change programme.

There are already a good few strategies on the KHub but it would be appreciated if you could share any updated strategies or job specs to be included in this research.
Alternative Service Delivery Models Research
The IS are leading on a research piece on Alternative Service Delivery Models and would appreciate any information from CMN members about where ASDM’s have been adopted (either in Scotland, the wider UK or internationally).

If you can help then please get in touch. All outputs will be made available to the group.
