Knowledge and awareness - dementia prevention survey

The UK Health Forum is conducting a short online survey of knowledge and awareness among the public health workforce about the prevention of dementia. This survey is part of a wider project by the Forum, supported by Public Health England, to systematically explore integrating the shared prevention of aspects of dementia with other non-communicable diseases in terms of research, policy and practice. The results of this survey will inform a high level stakeholder meeting in January and will be published on the UK Health Forum website.

The survey will only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be vital in helping us to understand how we can better support you with relevant information about this topic.
