Feeling the emotions of climate change through music

About this Event

As former chair of the climate change partnership, I have spoken with a lot of people about climate change. Beneath the science and the politics is a highly emotional subject. I feel this as a song writer as well: it’s theme I keep coming back to.

In this event for the Reading Climate Festival, I will be joined by Fiona Talkington (from BBC Radio 3), and we will be looking forward to speaking to some fellow musicians from Reading’s excellent music scene. We want to talk about how it makes us feel. We will listen to some original music. And we will pick up on how we can help energise Climate Action in our town.

A call out to Reading musicians!

If you are a musician, with links to Reading, and you find yourself moved by the issue of Climate Change, we would love you to take part. Follow the link to introduce your song at https://mcan.chrisbeales.net.
