UDiTE the European Federation of Local Government Chief Executives is joining forces again with VEOLIA to discuss what we need to do to make the Green Deal a success locally. We will discuss the concept of a functioning territorial ecosystem. But what is it? How do we inspire stakeholders, businesses and citizens to support such game changing projects. From an EU perspective, delivering outcomes for the 2021/27 programmes & achieving 2030 goals depends upon it. Our panellists, will share experiences on delivering results. Our keynote speaker, Loig Chesnais Girard, President of the Brittany Region (TBC), will describe the regional ecosystem & focus on “Breizh Cop” that is accelerating an integrated Breton green transition. Panellists, Renaissance Ecologique, will share innovation on the tools & methods available to inspire our shared journey to the green transition. The workshop will screen video testimonials of notable success stories. Cork County Council will explain their approach to inter-agency, stakeholder, community coordination & activation.
