As discussed at March NAWDO meeting, Hampshire CC has made representation to the Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee regarding the proposal to ban charging at HWRCs. Attached is a report from the scrutiny commmittee and a template letter to MPs which other NAWDO partners are free to use. Any queries to sam.horne@hants.gov.uk.
