The Fast Stream service are currently looking at the planning for the 2021 Faststream Cohort and the issue that they had historically is that assessor panels are typically not very diverse which may have a negative impact on candidates who are from diverse backgrounds/groups. As such they have been asked "how can you support us in developing communication channels across professions and departments to ensure we can attract a diverse range of assessors for the Fast Stream recruitment process?”
