Age Scotland have developed the “Around the House in 80 Days” project where they have put short movement snack videos on the Age Scotland YouTube channel. This is a bit of fun to move around more and sit less under the headings of Bedroom Boogie, Living Room Laughs, Kitchen Capers and Bathroom Banter. You can still access the 60 plus films on Youtube however they have put together a DVD with 9 of the movement snacks that people can play on their TV without the need for internet access. If you are interested in the FREE DVD you can contact Age Scotland directly on their switchboard on 0333 323 2400 and they will send you out a copy.
