A different way of thinking about a job we often overlook…
“Accidents can happen.” You understand that, don’t you? No one ever plans for them. No one ever thinks it’ll be them. And then… it is.
You’ve got a nice place here.
Would be a shame if something happened to it.
Busy. Productive. People coming and going. A lot of moving parts.
I notice things. Little things. The kind most people walk past.
You’d be surprised how easy it is for fires to start in buildings like this.
Old wiring. Faulty plugs. One wire nobody bothered to fix. Just takes one spark.
And then there’s the stairs. I saw those. A little worn. Lighting not what it could be.
Easy to lose your footing if you’re not paying attention. People fall. Happens more than you’d think.
Work can be a dangerous place.Pressure. Deadlines. Corners cut because they always have been. Problems have a way of finding places like this.
You seem like sensible people. So I’ll say this once. You really ought to be more careful.
I’ll be around. You can expect to see a lot of me.I take a close interest in places like this.
Making sure everything’s… in order.
Because if it isn’t—
That’s when trouble starts. Investigations. Statements. Courtrooms.People looking very closely at decisions that seemed harmless at the time. It escalates quickly.
If you don’t want any trouble, best to take this as friendly advice. Deal with the small things.
Before they become big things. Before someone gets hurt. Before someone doesn’t go home.
I’m not here to cause problems. I’m here because I’ve seen what happens when no one does.
Health and safety.
