He drove the car, a reluctant participant in what was a sectarian assassination. First he finds the librarian he fancy’s is the wife of the man they murdered. Then he takes a job working on her farm just to be close to her. Him and his dad, the only Catholics on the estates, get burned out when their house is firer bombed. Homeless and hiding from his “ friend” the shooter, who he fears as much as those on the other side, he is discovered in one of the farms derelict out buildings. The woman he is obsessed with, the women whose husband they killed, the women who is his boss, takes pity on him. She likes him. You know this isn’t going to end well.
