Following the government’s recent review of the effectiveness of the Public Sector Equality Duty - the recomendations have now been announced, and can be accessed in full here. Supported by the Government Equality office and the EHRC, this conference will focus specifically on the recommendations, supporting local authorities to pool their ideas on how to continue their work on this important agenda.  The event will be developed in collaboration with senior representatives and politicians from authorities at the “excellent” level of the Equality Framework for Local Government.
