The 2012 Nourish conference will be held at Queen Margaret University on 28-29 September.  The title is 'Scotland's food 2020 - healthier, wealthier, greener, smarter, fairer?' Keynote speaker is Anya Hultberg from Copenhagen who will describe how they have achieved 75% organic standard in all the public food procured in the city.
