The Skilled Workers, Skilled Citizens initiative kicked off in February 2013. Interest in our work has been growing fast.

Our next Reference Group meeting is the place to be to connect into our fast growing network and to shape our work together as ‘disruptive innovators’ right across the public services during 2014. The icing on the cake is the opportunity to engage as critical friends with the team at Total Neighbourhood East Edinburgh (a new pioneer site) – a place-based initiative that is shaking up existing structures and cultures of working.

Agenda:

10-11.30am Governance Group meeting

- This is a regular meeting that oversees the strategic direction of the initiative. It is Chaired by Mairi-Anne Macdonald (SSSC) and is open to pioneer sites and regular SWSC attenders. Agenda to be circulated on 13th January to those who sign up. Please email nick.wilding@sssc.uk.com if you’re not sure if you should attend.

 

11.30-3.30am Reference Group meeting

- This is an open meeting. The agenda will be circulated a week before the meeting. It will include an update on progress of SWSC to date; a 'critical friend' engagement with Total Neighbourhood East Edinburgh's developing work as a pioneer site; and a workshop to progress the co-production of SWSC resources during 2014. There is space on the sign-up form to suggest agenda items for this meeting. Agenda will be circulated to all confirmed attendees on Monday 13th January 2014.
