Who should attend?

This course is aimed at Environmental Health staff working for inland local authorities who are responsible for the microbiological sampling of foods including imported foods.

Overview

This course provides delegates with an overview of imported foods and then discusses appropriate targetting of sampling resources to ensure sampling programmes are effective. Guidance on appropriate sampling techniques is also provided.
