How is it assessed?
There is a 2½ hour exam and a 2 hour controlled assignment that has to be undertaken under exam conditions.

What will I get out of it?
The aim of the six day Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety training course is to make you aware of a manager’s responsibilities with regard to food safety. It focuses on how to develop, implement and monitor safe and cost-effective food safety procedures.
