Who should attend?
The course is aimed primarily at Environmental Health Practitioners and staff.
Aims
This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the requirements that apply to food establishments which are subject to approval under Regulation (EC) 853/2004.
Objectives
The course will seek to provide delegates with:
- An overview of the legislative framework
- Guidance on the scope of approval
- A review of the application and determination processes.
- Advice on the audit of approved establishments
