Day 1 Tues 9th July  Control of Food Allergens: This course will be suitable for both Environmental Health and Trading Standards staff and will include guidance on the new requirements for food businesses, such as restaurants and take-aways, to provide allergen information to their customers.

Day 2 Weds 10th July Food traceability workshop: .The recent horsemeat scandal has caused significant public and political concern regarding the integrity and safety of our food. This course has been developed to help enforcement officers to investigate the adequacy of food traceability systems and recognise fraudulent activities. This course will be relevant to both Environmental Health and Trading Standards Officers.

Day 3 Thurs 11th July Criminal Investigations Refresher: This course will be relevant for all local government enforcement officers whose work involves the investigation of criminal offences. It will provide a basic update and refresher on evidence gathering, interviewing witnesses and interviewing suspects.
