We are pleased to announce that our popular summer school is back and this year the topics include the inspection of Sous Vide systems, a Food Law Update and Hygiene Prohibition Procedures. PROGRAMME
DAY 1: 15th July Sous Vide systems:
A review of the equipment, process, food safety hazards and controls associated with sous vide systems. The course will include guidance on appropriate HACCP systems together with inspection techniques to determine the safe operation of the system.
DAY 2: 16th July Food Law Update:
A review of recent case law and legislation and details of forthcoming changes. The course wil include a presentation on the mandatory National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme in Wales.
DAY 3: 17th July Prohibition procedures:
Delegates will be given practical guidance on the use of prohibition powers, drafting of notices and the preparation and presentation of evidence at a HEPO hearing.

Cost: £125 + Vat per place, £299 + Vat for 3 places, 4 or more places £90 + Vat each (One place relates to attendance by one delegate on any one of the three days) includes lunch, refreshments, delegate notes and 6 hours CPD per day.
